Google announced the integration of its personal agent Gemini Spark into Google Photos, a step that allows users to delegate media management and organization tasks to the smart agent via direct conversational commands. Shamreet bin Ya'ir, head of Google Photos, disclosed in a post that the new capabilities will begin rolling out gradually over the coming weeks to subscribers of the Gemini AI Pro and Ultra plans in the United States, in English only, without specifying a timeline for expanding to international markets or supporting other languages. Activating the feature requires first linking the Photos service to the Gemini app, then turning on the Spark toggle in the app’s top-right corner before entering the desired commands.
