Digital advertising campaigns often run into a solid financial wall before reaching their marketing goals: cash flow. Major digital publishing platforms deduct campaign budgets as soon as they are spent, while sales revenues and store collections are delayed for weeks or months. Any credit card that is declined or suspended is enough to halt a winning campaign and destroy its cumulative performance in critical moments.
This gap between immediate spending and delayed collection is the space where the Emirati ad-tech platform JustAd operates, which secured a $5 million investment from angel investor Imad Jumaa to support its international expansion, in a round whose stage and company valuation were not disclosed.
The company was founded in 2025 by Ahmed Al-Sayed, and built an AI-powered marketing operating system that enables companies and agencies to manage, track and analyse their campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snap and Google ads in one place, combining campaign analytics tools, tracking and attribution models, product catalog management and unified reporting, while allowing work through accredited agency accounts supported by a direct technical service.
The company’s actual innovation lies in the “Advertise Now, Pay Later” (ANPL) model. This integrated financial solution allows advertisers to launch campaigns immediately and then repay media spend over installments of up to 12 months, turning the platform into a specialised fintech for advertisers that blends operating capital with campaign intelligence in a single interface.
Ahmed Al-Sayed, the founder and CEO, believes the advertising market is changing faster than most companies can keep up, with AI taking over campaign creation, measurement and budget allocation across multiple platforms, and asserts that the next decade will belong to platforms that place intelligence and capital together. Investor Imad Jumaa considers the model to solve two dilemmas every advertiser faces: knowing what actually succeeds and having enough cash flow to scale, noting that the model has proven its worth in regional markets that demand high operational efficiency.
After solidifying its presence in the Middle East and North Africa through work with e-commerce brands, advertising agencies and in-house marketing teams, JustAd plans to start onboarding clients in its first new expansion markets in early 2027, using the new funding to build local sales and customer-support teams, adapt the product to local privacy regulations, and deepen partnerships with global advertising platforms.
For marketing managers and e-commerce heads in the Gulf, Egypt and the Levant, this model changes the rules of digital budget management. In markets where cash-on-delivery cycles and slow commercial settlements squeeze liquidity, spreading ad spend becomes a way to avoid freezing winning campaigns during peak seasons. However, this shift moves the financial risk directly onto performance accuracy: borrowing to fund ads requires a precise calculation of actual return on ad spend, and raises demand for expertise in financial modelling and algorithmic attribution systems, rather than relying solely on traditional campaign management.
