Cloudflare presents its vision for agentic infrastructure and security at LEAP 2026 in Riyadh

Cloudflare is preparing to unveil its integrated vision for securing and accelerating enterprise AI workloads during its participation in the LEAP 2026 conference, held in Riyadh from 31 August to 3 September. The participation comes at a pivotal moment. According to Ercan Aydın, Regional Vice President for Middle East, Turkey, and Africa at Cloudflare, the Kingdom is moving from experimenting with AI to putting it into production, a shift that fundamentally alters the infrastructure enterprises require.

Security from the outsetThe problem is not a lack of technology, but a lack of visibility. Most enterprises today do not have a complete picture of how AI is being used within their operations, nor of the agentic data traffic reaching their digital assets. Employees may be sharing sensitive information with public models, alongside automated traffic that grows more complex by the day. "You cannot protect what you cannot see," Aydın says, and identifying this gap is the starting point on which Cloudflare is building its platform.

At its booth (H3 C50, Hall 3), the company is showcasing a suite of capabilities designed to cover the entire AI lifecycle: Cloudflare One for Zero Trust security, Workers for deploying workloads and models at the edge with low latency, Firewall for AI to protect large language model applications from prompt injections and data leaks, AI Gateway for visibility and control over model traffic and costs, and AI Crawl Control alongside Pay Per Crawl to give publishers and enterprises greater control over how AI companies access and use their content.

Agentic infrastructureThe next step Cloudflare is preparing for is what it calls "agentic AI infrastructure": sandboxed environments, agent-to-agent mesh networking, persistent agent memory, native AI search, and native OAuth governance. The core premise is that agents have become users on your network, logging in, taking action, and making decisions at machine speed. Treating them as passive tools is no longer sufficient; every agent requires an identity, permissions, and an audit trail, just like a human employee.

Cloudflare is betting that Saudi Arabia, with Vision 2030 driving digital transformation, cloud adoption, and investment in emerging technologies, represents one of the markets where "the internet is growing" most visibly. The measure of success is not the volume of conversations at the booth, but what happens after LEAP: enterprises translating ideas from these discussions into secure AI workloads in production, partnerships moving from dialogue to delivery, and developers building the next generation of applications on infrastructure they trust.
