Role:Google Cloud and AI Solutions Engineer at Advanced Business Computing For Technology (ABC) in Qatar, in a role that combines pre-sales engineering with post-sales technical implementation.
Primary challenge:Translate client needs into an operational Google Cloud architecture, then develop generative AI solutions and AI agents for enterprise use. This includes designing Google Cloud environments, migrating workloads, building RAG pipelines, i.e., retrieval-augmented generation, and linking them to corporate tools.
Key requirements:
- Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect or Professional Data Engineer certification required.
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, artificial intelligence, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, or technical delivery, spanning pre-sales and post-sales.
- One to two years or more of hands-on experience with generative AI solutions, RAG, or agent pipelines.
- Ability to work with tools such as Terraform, Google Kubernetes Engine, and Vertex AI, and to present solutions to technical teams and leadership.
