Senior Customer Engineer at Cloudflare, Dubai with focus on Saudi Arabia

Cloudflare opens applications for a Senior Customer Engineer role based in Dubai, with a direct focus on the Saudi market. This is not a traditional technical support role: the candidate will act as a technical advisor to customers throughout their journey, from pre-sale validation and architecture design to setup, adoption, and scaling.

Role:Senior Customer Engineer at Cloudflare, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with regional focus on Saudi Arabia.

Primary challenge:Translating enterprise needs in networking, security, and performance into implementable architectures, then helping customer teams reduce migration risks and expand platform usage. The work includes designing technical validation plans, solution presentations, guiding setup, and monitoring application health post-contract.

Key requirements:

• Proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in a technical client-facing role, such as solutions engineering, front-line engineering at the client, professional services, or technical account management.
• Ability to explain networking and security architectures to developers and business leaders, with experience in areas such as DNS, CDN, Zero Trust, and APIs.
• Practical understanding of using large language models, prompt engineering, AI-powered automation, and workflow.
• Ability to write scripts or integrations, and deep expertise in at least four technical domains defined by the company.

Salary:Not disclosed.

Practical step:Prepare a brief example that shows how you led a technical assessment or rollout for a client, linking it to a clear architectural decision and a measurable outcome. Then review your ability to present a security or networking concept in Arabic and English before applying.
