Primary challenge:Develop and operate production features for an Arabic legal assistant that rely on large language models, agents, and retrieval-augmented generation, while balancing accuracy, latency, cost, and safety.
Key requirements:
- Three to five years of experience in AI or machine-learning engineering, focusing on large language models, generative AI, and agents.
- A proven track record of launching production AI systems, not just prototypes or notebooks.
- Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, Hugging Face, and vLLM, with a understanding of multi-task tool and agent usage patterns.
- Experience with retrieval, vector databases, and model fine-tuning and evaluation.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, residing in Mecca or willing to relocate there.
